Complete Your Self-Assessment
The Building Blocks Self-Assessment will help you identify your strengths and areas of need for professional development. The Self-Assessment is mandatory and must be completed in one session.
- If you are a PBO, SPBO, AMSB, or MSB you need to set aside 30 minutes to complete the Self-Assessment
- If you are an FA / IPBS, MPB, or Branch Manager you need to set aside 60 minutes to complete the Self-Assessment
When you finish the Self-Assessment, a summary will be provided.
The Self-Assessment Summary is intended to help you and your manager / coach understand your strengths and prioritize your professional development needs.
Follow these instructions to complete your Self-Assessment:
- Enrol in the Building Blocks Self-Assessment on My Learning Centre (found on your Learning Profile)
- Launch the Self-Assessment
- Complete the Self-Assessment
- Review and print the Self-Assessment Summary feedback you receive
