Building Blocks begins with an annual Self-Assessment that guides the creation of the Building Blocks Learning Plan. Throughout the year you will:
- embark on your learning through Building Blocks
- apply your learning on the job
- continuously seek coaching and support through your manager / coach
- modify your Learning Plan as needed
- set / reset your Personal Development Plan
